Like everybody knows to smoke cigarettes it begins cancer, but not just exist this consequence. There are more that affect our health and the physical appearance in a short time and long time. All depends of the age that somebody started and the quantity of cigarettes that you smoke along your existence.

SHORT PERIOD OF TIME
Nicotine´s breath
While somebody is smoking, is common to have bad breath because of the tobacco. This is one of the worst anti good looking aspects of this habit.

Yellow color and nicotine´s smell in hands, nails and fingers
The nicotine it make sallow the skin. The accumulation of toxic in the skin it turns it in yellow color.

Affects people´s health around us
The habit of smoke in the parents influence in the health of their children since before they born and along all theirs children hood.

It make difficult the sport activity
Affects our breathing process and our capacity of doing sports. Begin absence of oxygen, deteriorating our heart

Destroys progressively our lungs
The chronic bronchitis it manifest itself with chronic cough and it continues for two or more consecutive years.


Begin to lose hair and skin abuse
To smoke cigarettes amplify the sebaceous excretion, causing a bigger tendency to the dandruff in the scalp an the acne.

Destroy the sexual life
The sexual impotence appears early in the smokers, because of the nicotine.

My partner and friend

After almost five years that I began at the university, the responsibilities, worries and so much things that i did make me go back in the time that i remember many memories, but I remember somebody special who was always in the adventures that I did, my friend and partner noel, someone that I don´t see very much on this days but I appreciate so much for many things that we did, for example:
- The jokes he did
- All the Candy that we ate without our parents knew
- Running from classes just for steel the attention
- Advises about girls
- Day by day with this friend i had always something to say

The true is that this time make me see a lot of things and understand others; God feeds you with persons around , and they are not there just for being there; they support you, and help you to live in every moment, all those crazy moments that we lived it makes us smile because we still feeling that is part of us.

My Dreams

I had in mind to dedicate a whole post to my mother, because she have enough merits to say it, and so i decided to talk about my dreams that had born this last two years, because I think that there are amazing dreams for everybody, each one has his ones.
Something very important, and very special that i never take out of my head is to have my mother by mi side, in every moment of my life is something that makes me stronger to keep fighting for my dreams,
We start with a dream that I am sure many of you have to, and is that:

First; i would like to graduate of the university and become in a big professional.

Second; after studying a lot, i would like to build with a lot of effort an organization of human recourses that help other empresses with: auditorium, recruitment, post analysis´s, and many things.

Third; i had always dream about get married and have a beautiful family, have two or three children; but well, like you know you have to find a stable couple first to have a good relationship

Fourth; traveling for the world, visit other countries, other cultures. Particularly i would like to go to Europe, England, Holland, France, and Spain. We wish that I can do it!

And well, i try to be a good human being, studying and making happy to all people around me so God help me to accomplish all my dreams.

My habits.

Every day is an opportunity to express my point of view about the dynamic of my habits and it means a lot to me share with my family, friends, classmates and close persons.
I sleep almost every day and i know that many of you had try to fix this way of living but i think that sleep a lot it makes me feel good, and relax in the presence of university´s stress, streets and the annoying persons. I hope that the way I live will not prejudice me in the future; obviously I will have to change it a little.
If somebody is interested, i am from Lagunillas; a cozy place where every weekend when i am back from classes, play sports with my neighbors and my little brother called Andres; plus I eat the tasty cakes that my sisters do, and after that I am back to my routine of “resting”.
Thank you very much to every person that has accepted me the way i am and congratulations to my parents that knew how to raze me, and change a lot of bad habits that I had.
